First of all sexual harassment in the work place is pure B.S.! I believe that there is a time and a place if it must happen. I also believe that everyone deseves to be treated equally no matter where they may be or who they are. So therefore we must pay close attention to every move that we make and be sure that we do not participate in any sort of disorderly conduct in the work place. If you do not choose to follow this order than it is hard to determine what path you may follow. You just might end up jobless over a silly comment or action. How freakin embarssing would that be. I know that i would want to curl up and hide for a long time if this would ever happen to me. Just not worth it to me!!!! 

I believe that we all must change our environmental ethics, because we are destroying the earth with waste and greenhouse gases. If we do not change our habits within the next few years, our environment will be over stocked with waste and our skies will be full of gases that will give us a negative impact on our society. If we could all just change some of our daily routines and think about the affects of our actions today for a better tomarrow. Recycling would be one of the major steps that we should incorperate into our daily lives to eliminate unnessecary waste in our landfills. I know myself that recycling can be a pain, because it takes up to much space or it takes to much of your time to do, but if we do not start doing something about the amount of waste that we dispose of soon we will all be very unhappy with the limitations and restrictions in the future.

Stem cell research can be used for good purposes and bad ones as well. I believe that if stem cells can save another humans life then it should be done without a question.  But when it comes to human experimentation, thats when I draw the line. Messing with mother natures creation is a scary process. We were all place here on earth just the way that we are for a reason. I believe that if you a foolish enough to mess around with cloning you will get burnt in the end. Messing with humanity is like playing with fire. Why try to ruin a good thing that evolves natually? 

I believe that in order to obtain a fun loving life, two people must share a traditional marriage. Several people romantically involved at once, such as group marriages, polygamy, adultry is down right dirty to me. More people = more trouble, jealousy issues,not to mention all the sexually transmitted diseases that can be passed along.  This just litterally makes me ill that anybody would want to live thier life sharing thier mate or cheating on your mate. There is more to life than just SEX and I believe that these types of people have lost ground of who they really are, what makes them happy and what they truly value in life. Morality plays a big rule in all decisons that are made daily in our lives. A good sense of morality should provide a  boundry between right and wrong decision making through out our lives.

Allowing someone to die is a very tricky situation. I believe that if the person has a terminal illness, it is morally right in my standards, only if that person has expressed the importance to me that she or he is done fighting the illness and is ready to move on to heaven. Otherwise, if there is no more that the doctor’s can do for the person then it would  still be a tough decision whether to keep them alive. This is a decision that I would not want to make for anybody that I know in my life anytime soon. Mercy killing is just down right dirty. If the patient is brain dead, living on oxygen and in a coma are about the only morallity that I see in this situation. I love the way that the book refers to the argument against allowing someone to die states that “God can create and take away life, and that mere human beings should not be permitted to allow people to die, much less take their lives in an active way.”

Much like many of the theroist, I believe that war is the only morally justified way of taking another humans life. When in war with another country, I believe that it is very wrong to go into a place where women and children are in harms way and that someone from the troops should clear the women and children out of the way to a safe place. When it comes to suicide I believe that it is morally wrong and that it is very selfish of the person to comit suicide. If you do such a thing then the affects trinkle down to other members of the family which cause emotional pain and heart ache. Self Defense is something that we all must have to protect your family from any harm what so ever. I believe that if you and your family are in danger at gun point, that you should go to extreme measures to make sure that your family makes it through okay. If things get out of hand and you have to physically harm another human then you should morally be able to do whatever it takes to bring your family out of this situation, even if it does mean you would have to shoot someone.      ” An eye for an eye,” as they used to say in the old days is really how i believe many criminal’s should be punished. The death penalty should be given to selective criminals, such as thiefs, and drug dealers. But as far as rapest, child malesters, serial killers, and murders should get exactly what they dished out. My opinion may not seem right to many others but it would give me great relief to know that these criminals will never hit the streets again.

Abortion is not always the right answer and most certainly is not the wrong answer.Considering that I have  pondered the idea of abortion for the past two weeks, due to my sister’s situation. She had an abortion the same day that we discussed this matter in class. She did not have a surgical proceedure done she took ”The Abortion Pill”,  Now do I agree with what she did? Not  for sure, because she is in trouble in so many places at once. Not sure if she needed another child, because she can’t care for her three year old son because of her situation. She moved to Arizonia with her boy friend (at the time about 8 years ago), they got married, then she got in trouble and OD on some pills with her son there to find her. Then she filed for a divorce, got in more trouble went to rehab for a 28 day program and met a guy and guess what happened….. I believe that if this baby was healthy and IF and only IF she could snap out of this drug induced lifestyle then she  should have kept the baby, but after 2years of being in and out of rehab centers and not having any kind of a commitment with this fella she met then it kinda seems okay?@#!! Abortion is a very serious matter that is very very hard to make a judgement on when it comes to the different situations, that we are faced with in today’s society.

Well, the way I look at all of these issues in life, is by looking at the foundation, from which you as a human being came from. If you were brought up as a child, to believe that it was okay to tell lies and okay to take little things here and there from stores, friends and family or just down right was let down by your parents with broken promises~people tend to pass these characteristics on. According to Kant’s Duty;  all four of these traits of human life, tend to reflect who you are,  what kind of reputation you build for yourself and this may point you in the path of  your lifes  journey, with bad affects on you as an individual in every aspect of life. I believe that every one of these  issues are very serious in every relationship that you have, whether it is friends, family, or a fellow classmates. I believe very stongly that you should give the same respect to all that you come in contact with.
